這次我在 龍目島(Lombok) 參加了一週的衝浪營,每天都被海浪、陽光和熱帶風情包圍。這不只是衝浪,更像是一個讓身心放鬆、全然沉浸在自然裡的生活體驗。
I spent a week at a Lombok surf camp, completely surrounded by waves, sunshine, and tropical vibes. It wasn’t just about surfing — it was a full immersion in nature and a way to relax both body and mind.

 

🏄‍♀️ 每天的行程都從早晨的衝浪開始。教練會先帶我們熱身,然後選浪、划出去、捕捉每一個波浪。海水清澈、浪點多樣,無論是短板還是長板,都能找到適合的浪。衝浪後,在海邊曬太陽、喝椰子水或冰啤酒,整個人完全放鬆。
Every day started with morning surf sessions. The coaches led warm-ups, taught wave selection, and helped us catch waves. The water was crystal clear, and the surf spots offered waves for both shortboards and longboards. After surfing, we relaxed on the beach with fresh coconut water or cold beer — pure bliss.

 

除了衝浪,我們還有瑜伽和伸展課程,幫助肌肉放鬆,也讓自己更專注於呼吸和平衡。每天傍晚,海邊日落是必做的儀式。夕陽把整片海灘染成橘紅色,沙灘上的人們拍照、散步或靜靜坐著,看著天色慢慢暗下,感覺時間都慢下來了。
Besides surfing, we had yoga and stretching sessions to relax our muscles and focus on breathing and balance. Every evening, watching the sunset by the beach became a ritual. The sky and sea turned brilliant shades of orange, and people on the sand strolled, photographed, or simply sat quietly — time seemed to slow down.

 

 

營地裡的食物也超棒,每天都有新鮮的當地料理。印尼炒飯、沙嗲串、海鮮料理、熱帶水果……不僅美味而且健康。大家一起吃飯、聊天、分享當天的衝浪故事,氣氛非常溫暖。
The food at the camp was amazing. Fresh local dishes every day — nasi goreng, satay skewers, seafood, and tropical fruits. Not only tasty but also healthy. Eating together, sharing surfing stories from the day, and chatting with fellow campers created a really warm and friendly atmosphere.

 

中間幾天,我們去探索了龍目島的小村莊和海灘,騎摩托車穿過稻田和椰林,偶爾停下來買椰子汁或冰淇淋。沿途的風景真的太美,每一個小村落都充滿熱帶風情和人情味。
Midweek, we explored Lombok’s small villages and beaches, riding scooters through rice fields and coconut groves. We’d stop for fresh coconut juice or ice cream. The scenery along the way was stunning, and every village had its own tropical charm and local warmth.

 

最喜歡的時刻之一是在營地的休息時間,大家圍坐在沙灘椅上或吊床上,喝著冷飲,聊著生活、旅行和衝浪心得。有時候也會自己靜靜坐著,看著海浪一波波拍上岸,感覺整個人都被海洋治癒。
One of my favorite moments was downtime at the camp — sitting on beach chairs or hammocks, sipping cold drinks, chatting about life, travel, and surfing tips. Sometimes I just sat quietly, watching waves crash onto the shore, feeling completely healed by the ocean.

 

這一週的龍目島衝浪營讓我感受到生活的簡單美好:每天與大海相伴、陽光灑滿身、好朋友一起分享喜悅,無論是挑戰浪花還是放空自己,都讓人心滿意足。結束後回想,真的希望下一次能再回到這片藍色天堂。
This week at the Lombok surf camp made me appreciate the simple joys of life: days spent with the ocean, basking in the sun, sharing happiness with friends. Whether challenging the waves or simply relaxing, it left me completely content. Thinking back, I really hope to return to this blue paradise soon.

🏄‍♀️ 衝浪裝備:大部分營地都提供衝浪板和防寒衣,但如果有自己喜歡的板子或短袖 wetsuit,也可以自帶。
🏄‍♀️ Surf gear: Most camps provide boards and wetsuits, but if you have a favorite board or short wetsuit, feel free to bring it.

⏰ 每日行程:一般早上衝浪 → 午餐 → 下午衝浪或休息 → 晚上瑜伽/伸展課程 → 晚餐,建議調整作息以配合浪點最佳時間。
