第一天我們住進了一棟超漂亮的 villa,四周都是綠意盎然的稻田,還有一個私人泳池。早晨醒來聽著鳥鳴,晚上在泳池邊喝椰子汁,完全就是夢想中的度假場景。
On the first day, we checked into a gorgeous villa surrounded by lush rice fields, complete with a private pool. Waking up to birds chirping in the morning and sipping fresh coconut by the pool at night felt like living in a dream.

白天我們去了水療中心做按摩,香氛精油加上專業的手技,讓整個人瞬間放鬆到快要睡著。做完按摩後再去小巷子裡吃地道的印尼料理,像是 nasi goreng 和 satay,味道濃郁又帶點辣,真的太好吃。
During the day, we went for a spa massage — the aroma oils and soothing touch almost sent me to sleep. Afterward, we headed to a local warung to try Indonesian dishes like nasi goreng and satay, bursting with flavors and a hint of spice.

傍晚我們到海灘酒吧,坐在 bean bag 上聽著現場音樂,手裡拿著冰涼的雞尾酒,看著太陽慢慢沉入海平線。那一刻完全不用說話,只需要靜靜享受海風與夕陽的浪漫。
In the evening, we went to a beach bar where bean bags lined the sand, live music played, and cocktails flowed. Watching the sun melt into the horizon with the sea breeze on my face was pure magic.

隔天我們挑戰了 Mt Batur 的日出健行!凌晨三點起床,摸黑跟著當地嚮導上山。一路上雖然累,但當第一道金色陽光灑在雲海上的時候,所有辛苦都瞬間值得。那一刻真的會感覺世界好大,而我們的煩惱好渺小。
The next day, we challenged the sunrise hike at Mt Batur! We woke up at 3am and hiked in the dark with our guide. It was tough, but when the first golden rays lit up the sea of clouds, every step felt worth it. That moment made the world feel so big, and my worries so small.

我們還去了烏布的猴子森林。走進去就像進入一片神秘的叢林,到處都是古老的石像和高聳的榕樹。猴子們自由自在地跳來跳去,有的在搶食物,有的偷戴遊客的帽子,調皮又可愛。雖然要小心不要帶塑膠袋或零食進去,不然真的會被搶走,但整體體驗超特別,像是走進一個小小的野生王國。
We also visited the Sacred Monkey Forest in Ubud. Entering felt like stepping into a mystical jungle, with ancient stone carvings and towering banyan trees all around. Monkeys roamed freely — some snatching snacks, others cheekily trying on tourists’ hats. You definitely need to be careful not to bring plastic bags or food, or they’ll grab it, but overall the experience was so unique, like wandering into a tiny wild kingdom.

行程中我們還玩了峇里島超有名的鞦韆。盪出去的瞬間真的有種飛起來的感覺,底下就是整片翠綠叢林,刺激又浪漫。還去了 monkey forest,看著猴子們在樹上跳來跳去,有點調皮但超可愛。
We also tried the famous Bali swing — flying out over the jungle felt thrilling and dreamy at the same time. Later, we visited the monkey forest, where cheeky little monkeys jumped from tree to tree. Mischievous but absolutely adorable!

其中一天我們參加了瑜伽課程,在竹屋裡伴著微風吹拂,整個身心都沈靜下來。接著去了瀑布探險,清涼的水花灑在臉上,暑氣瞬間全消。
One day, we joined a yoga session in a bamboo pavilion, where the gentle breeze made the practice feel deeply calming. Afterwards, we went chasing waterfalls — standing under the cool spray washed all the heat away in seconds.

衝浪絕對是我在峇里島最期待的活動之一!這次沒有再上課,而是直接租了板子下水。迎著海風划向外海,等浪的過程本身就讓人好放鬆。當一個完美的浪捲來時,加速起身、一路滑向岸邊,那種與大海融為一體的暢快感,真的會讓人忘記時間。
Surfing was definitely one of the activities I looked forward to the most in Bali! This time, I didn’t take lessons — I just grabbed a board and paddled straight out. Waiting for waves while feeling the ocean breeze was already so relaxing. When the perfect wave finally rolled in, catching it and riding all the way to shore gave me that exhilarating sense of becoming one with the sea, making me lose track of time.

黃昏時分,我們在沙灘上散步,看著天空慢慢染上橘紅色,浪花輕輕拍打腳踝。那一刻沒有音樂、沒有喧鬧,只有海浪聲和夕陽,讓人覺得心靈被洗滌。
At dusk, we took a long walk on the beach while the sky turned shades of orange and pink. The waves gently brushed against our ankles, and in that quiet moment — no music, no noise, just the sound of the ocean and the sunset — it felt like my soul was being cleansed.

美食方面,我們去了幾家當地的 warung(家庭餐館),每一餐都充滿驚喜。特別是 ayam betutu(香料燉雞)和 babi guling(烤乳豬),味道濃厚又帶點傳統香料的香氣,配上熱騰騰的白飯,實在太療癒。
As for food, we tried a few local warungs (family-owned restaurants), and every meal was a delicious surprise. Dishes like ayam betutu (spiced steamed chicken) and babi guling (roast suckling pig) were bursting with flavor, rich in local spices, and perfectly comforting with a bowl of hot rice.

其中一天,我們還體驗了 kopi luwak(麝香貓咖啡)的品嚐。咖啡園環境幽靜,導遊先解釋咖啡豆的製程,再讓我們品嚐不同風味。雖然 kopi luwak 價格不便宜,但入口的濃郁與順滑真的很特別,是一種獨一無二的體驗。
One day, we joined a kopi luwak (civet coffee) tasting at a local plantation. The garden was peaceful, and the guide explained the process before letting us try different brews. While kopi luwak is pricey, the richness and smoothness of the flavor made it a truly unique experience.

這趟峇里島之旅讓我學會了「慢下來」,享受每一個當下。不管是 villa 的清晨,還是海邊的夕陽,甚至是登山時的汗水,都成為我記憶裡最珍貴的片段。
This trip to Bali taught me to slow down and truly enjoy each moment. Whether it was a quiet morning at the villa, a fiery sunset by the beach, or even the sweat of hiking, all of it became the most precious memories in my heart.
