Every Day is Sunny Day

這次我們選擇以最自由的方式探索塔斯馬尼亞 —— 租了一台房車，十天裡就把它當成我們的家。在車裡煮飯、睡覺、收納行李，每天都能隨心決定要停在哪裡過夜，感覺像是一場真正的公路冒險。
For this trip, we decided to explore Tasmania in the most liberating way possible — by renting a campervan and turning it into our home for ten days. We cooked, slept, and stored all our gear inside, and every night we had the freedom to choose where to stay. It felt like a true road adventure.

在房車裡煮飯是一種特別的樂趣。每天行程結束後，我們會把食材拿出來，簡單炒個麵、煮個湯，或是烤點麵包。雖然設備比不上家裡，但因為四周都是大自然，每一口都覺得特別香。尤其在寒冷的夜晚，自己動手煮的熱食能帶來無比的幸福感。
Cooking in the campervan became its own little joy. At the end of each day, we’d pull out our ingredients and whip up something simple — stir-fried noodles, soup, or even toasted bread. The setup was far from a home kitchen, but surrounded by nature, everything tasted more delicious. On chilly nights, nothing felt better than warming up with a hot meal we made ourselves.

露營則是另一種享受。無論是在山腳下仰望滿天星斗，還是山頂上圍著小爐子喝著自製的 mulled wine，那份與大自然貼近的體驗無可取代。帳篷、爐火、微風與蟲鳴，讓人暫時忘卻城市的喧囂，只專注於當下的寧靜。
Camping was another kind of pleasure. Whether it was lying at the foot of the mountains under a sky full of stars or sitting at the summit sipping homemade mulled wine by the stove, the closeness to nature felt irreplaceable. The tent, the fire, the breeze, and the sound of insects — all combined to quiet the noise of city life and let us fully embrace the present moment.

我們來到 Cradle Mountain，走上著名的 Dove Lake Circuit。壯麗的山峰倒映在湖面上，讓人感覺進入了一幅油畫。晚上在營地裡煮了一鍋熱湯，看著繁星滿天，覺得人生能有這樣的時刻真是奢侈。
We explored Cradle Mountain, where we hiked the famous Dove Lake Circuit. The stunning peaks reflecting on the still waters made it feel like walking inside a painting. At night, we cooked a hot pot of soup at the campsite and gazed at the star-filled sky, realizing how luxurious these simple moments can be.

接著我們驅車前往東岸的 Bicheno。這裡不僅有迷人的海灘和壯觀的 Blowhole，還能在晚上看到小企鵝歸巢的可愛場景。我們就坐在海岸邊，靜靜看著牠們搖搖擺擺地回家，笑聲和驚呼不斷。
Next, we drove to the east coast town of Bicheno. Alongside its beautiful beaches and the dramatic Blowhole, the real highlight was watching little penguins return home at night. Sitting by the shore, we watched them waddle along the rocks, laughing and gasping at their cuteness.

在旅程後半，我們抵達首府 Hobart，探索熱鬧的 Salamanca Market，還參觀了 MONA 現代藝術博物館。這座城市結合了文化、美食與自然，晚上我們甚至把房車停在海邊，看著城市燈火倒映在水面上。
In the second half of the trip, we arrived in Hobart, where we explored the lively Salamanca Market and visited the MONA modern art museum. The city offered a unique mix of culture, food, and nature. At night, we parked the campervan by the waterfront, watching the city lights shimmer across the waves.

來到塔斯馬尼亞，當然不能錯過新鮮的海鮮！我們在當地小鎮的餐廳品嚐了肥美的生蠔、甜美的龍蝦，還有鮮嫩的鮑魚。每一道料理都保留了海的鮮甜，簡單調味就非常迷人。搭配當地白酒，更是讓人一口接一口停不下來。
Tasmania is famous for its seafood, and we couldn’t miss it! In small-town restaurants, we savored plump oysters, sweet rock lobster, and tender abalone. Each dish carried the pure taste of the ocean, needing only the simplest seasoning to shine. Paired with a glass of local white wine, it was an indulgence we happily couldn’t resist.

最後，我們在 Launceston 劃下句點。這裡有壯觀的 Cataract Gorge，還有各式各樣的美食與咖啡館，為旅程畫下溫柔的結尾。十天的房車生活雖然簡單，但卻讓我們更貼近自然，學會慢慢享受每一段旅程。
Finally, we wrapped up our journey in Launceston, home to the dramatic Cataract Gorge and plenty of cozy cafés. It was the perfect gentle ending to our road trip. Living in a campervan for ten days may have been simple, but it brought us closer to nature and taught us to enjoy each part of the journey more deeply.
